Cancellation and Refund for Paragliding
- The payment made for your reservation is eligible for cancellation and deposit refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled reservation date. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, kindly notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and your payment will be promptly refunded.
- Please be aware that participants are ineligible for any refund in the event of a flight cancellation notification received less than 72 hours before the scheduled flight.
- A deposit payment is required to secure your flight reservation. The remaining payment can be settled, either by credit card or cash, upon your visit to our office before the flight.
- It is important to note that no refund will be processed if a guest voluntarily opts to cancel their flight after reaching the peak.
- Confirmed participants are presumed to have acknowledged and accepted the aforementioned rules, reserved rights, and participant agreement.
